Free Second Hand Furniture.
We receive second hand furniture from the community and pass it onto others who need it.
Who can access this service?
We are lucky to be donated a lot of furniture so we have quite a bit to give away, which means we are happy for anyone to access this service. Ideally this for those who are without and needing a mattress to sleep on, or a desk to sit at and cannot afford to buy one.
How can I arrange some furniture?
We store all the furniture in a warehouse, so you do have to call Angel’s Second 2 None on 4152 5267 and arrange a time to meet someone at the warehouse. At the appointment, you can look around and see if we have anything that could help you if there is, it’s all yours. Simple as that.
What if I don’t have a way to pick the furniture up?
Well you are in luck. We are happy to deliver the furniture to your house for free. Depending on the schedule, it may be a few days later but within the week we can deliver to Bundaberg and some local beaches. If you live in Rosedale, Gin Gin or Childers we also make a trip to those towns once a week. However, we cannot deliver to a property outside of those towns.
What sort of furniture do you have?
We cannot answer this question, it all depends on the recent donations. We do accept all furniture in good condition, that ranges from mattresses, desks, tables, couches to microwaves and fridges.
How can I donate to this service?
It is simple, if you have furniture or white goods in good condition you can deliver them to 45a Walla Street. If you don’t have a vehicle to deliver them you can call us on 4152 5267 to arrange a pick up from your house.
We cannot accept the furniture if it is damaged or dirty where it is unhygienic. If we come to your house and see the furniture is like this, we will leave without picking it up, or if you drop it off we will ask you to take it back with you. We pay for all our own dump fees and cannot afford to dump peoples furniture for them.
To be completely transparent we do sell on some of the furniture donated to us. We use this money to go towards paying for the delivery trucks running costs like fuel and services. This is so we can continue to deliver furniture for free to those in need.
